Since 2016, the T. Rowe Foundation has partnered with Algorhythm to provide the iCAT (Impact Capacity Assessment Tool) to nonprofit organizations in the Baltimore region at no cost.  We believe that one of the most powerful ways to build organizational capacity is by assessing the strengths and challenges your organization faces via feedback from multiple stakeholders.

The iCAT assessment provides a point-in-time window into your organization’s health, from financial strength to business adaptability.

How it works:

• Meet with a Foundation staff member to learn more about the assessment tool and how it works.
• When you're ready to launch, you'll identify the board and staff members you will invite to complete the online questionnaire, which generally takes about 30 minutes.
• Allow 2-4 weeks for all participants to complete the iCAT.
• Once all participants have taken the assessment, TRP Foundation staff will schedule a 1:1 data-sharing session with your organization, where we will walk through the results with you.
