T. Rowe Price Forum focuses on informing T. Rowe Price clients on a breadth of important topics, including industry trends, fiduciary responsibilities, retirement income, legislative and regulatory guidelines, the participant experience, and product developments. Opportunities for peer networking are incorporated throughout the program.

The dress code for the conference sessions is business casual.

Ladies: Khakis, casual dresses, skirts, capris, and comfortable shoes

Men: Khakis, open collar shirts, golf/polo shirts, and comfortable shoes

Conference rooms can get chilly. We recommend you bring a light sweater or jacket to ensure your comfort during the sessions. Appropriate resort-casual wear can be worn at evening events.

The workshops, seminars, events, and meals are included free of charge for Forum attendees. Your organization is responsible only for your hotel and transportation expenses, including airport transfers.

An attendee may bring one guest over the age of 21 to the welcome reception and two evening events. Guests may choose to attend one, two, or all three events. You will have the opportunity to select the events your guest will participate in during registration. All events will be held on property at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa.

T. Rowe Price has negotiated a conference rate of $245 per night for single/double occupancy, plus taxes. Room rates are subject to the prevailing room tax and local tourism assessment, currently 13.92% per night.

The resort services program fee has been reduced to $10 per room per day plus tax and includes: welcome seasonal cocktail, access to Stay-Fit Fitness Center at Spa Avania, complimentary individual use of the Gainey Ranch Golf Club chipping and putting facilities, unlimited local and 800 phone calls, in-room safe, coffeemaker, daytime shopping shuttle to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Old Town Scottsdale, and Arts District and local hiking trails (seasonal), unlimited use of tennis courts, resort bicycles, and golf bag storage.

Rooms are available to you at the conference rate three days pre-conference and three days post-conference as long as the Hyatt has guest rooms available. Space is limited, and availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed without a reservation. Guests arriving before or departing after the dates of the program will be confirmed on a space-available basis. Please note, a deposit in the amount of one night's room rate is required with each reservation. To request a receipt for this deposit, contact the Hyatt at 480-444-1234, press "0" to reach the operator, then ask for in-house reservations.

Course descriptions

The Lakes course, surrounded by the indigenous desert, is both a challenging and delightful Scottsdale golf course.

The Dunes course, the longest of the three nines, requires accuracy off the tee and a gentle touch on the greens.

The Arroyo requires both power and placement, ending with its infamous peninsular green on No. 9.

The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa is located only 18 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

From the Phoenix Sky Harbor Car Rental, take E Sky Harbor Blvd to AZ-202 Loop E. Continue on AZ-202 Loop E, then take AZ-101 Loop North. Off of AZ-101 Loop N take Exit 43 and turn left on to Via de Ventura. Follow Via de Ventura for 3 miles, Hyatt Regency Scottsdale will be on your right-hand side of the road.

The Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa does not have a shuttle bus. However, taxis, super shuttles, Uber, Lyft, and car rentals can be arranged to transport you to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa.

Rideshare Pickup

Uber does pick up at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. There are specific pickup areas for rideshare services that are separate from taxis and limos. When you get off the plane, follow the signs for ground transportation and look for signage that says “rideshares” or “TNC” or “App ride.”
